Do you accept returns?
We want you to love every item you purchase from us but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return. We are happy to accept returns on stock items. Please notify us within 7 days by email at hello@thecrewelcollective.com and return your order to us within 14 days. Please return to:

Cut lengths of fabric and goods made to the customer's specification are bespoke and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How soon will I get my order?
If your item is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. All goods are, however, subject to availability. In the event that the goods you have ordered are currently unavailable we will contact you to discuss delivery times. If the goods will not be available for you within an acceptable timescale, a full refund will be given. We aim to dispatch bespoke items within 3 weeks but will confirm delivery dates at the point of ordering.
Can I get a discount on my first order?
Yes, if you subscribe to our email list you will receive a code for 10% off your first order. Should you not receive your code, please first check your spam folder and then get in touch with us if you still find you haven't received it.
How do I look after my fabrics and mirrors?
Due to the handmade nature of our fabrics, we recommend that you dry clean only. Mirrors should be cleaned with a soft dry cloth.
